Raffle Terms and Conditions – Extra White Campaign

This promotional raffle ("Raffle") is organized by National Care Company
(NCC), a premier manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to

1. Eligibility
- Open to residents of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years or
older.
- Employees of NCC and its affiliates, advertising agencies, or suppliers directly
associated with the campaign, and their immediate family members, are not
eligible to participate.
- Participation is free of charge, but requires a valid
purchase of the "Extra White" product during the campaign
period.
2. How to Enter
To participate in the raffle:
- Purchase an eligible Extra White product during the campaign period.
- Scan the QR code found on in-store or promotional materials.
- Visit the campaign website and complete the interactive puzzle.
- Submit your name, email, and phone
number.
- Upload a clear image of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
- Entries without a valid receipt will be considered invalid.
3. Campaign Period
The raffle will run from 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025.
Entries received after the end date will not be eligible.
4. Prizes and Winner Selection
- Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries within
[X] days after the campaign ends.
- The draw will be conducted by NCC or its authorized representative.
- Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email provided at entry.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, NCC reserves the right
to select an alternative winner.
5. Prize Details
- Prizes will be announced on the campaign website or accompanying promotional material.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and
not redeemable for cash.
6. Data Protection
- By entering the raffle, participants agree that their personal data (name, email, phone
number, and uploaded receipt) will be collected and processed by NCC for the purpose of
administering this campaign only.
- NCC will handle all data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection
Law (PDPL).
- No data will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. General Terms
- NCC reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle or these terms at any time without
prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.
- NCC reserves the right to disqualify any participant it suspects of fraud, multiple
entries, or abuse of the system.
- Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion will be subject to the
laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and referred to
competent authorities within the Kingdom.
